1984: Founded in Hong Kong, China
1987: Established the first vinyl flooring factory in China
1988: Became the first ISO9001 certified vinyl flooring factory in China
1998: Began direct marketing of Novalis brand worldwide
2001: Opened North America headquarters in Toronto, Ontario, Canada
2003: Established second manufacturing facility specializing in the production of premium vinyl flooring and capacity expansion
2005: Opened sales office in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA
2009: Opened sales office in Bonn, Germany
2010: Achieved ISO14001, FloorScore and German DiBT Certification
2012: Achieved OHSAS18001 Certification
2013: Marketed fully into the Chinese market
2014: Became the first EPD and HPD certified vinyl-flooring factory in China. Achieved GreenStep Asia Award in the category of “Green Process”
2015: Achieved GreenStep Asia Awards in two categories: “Best Green Pinnacle” and “Green Promotion”
2015: Introduces AVA luxury vinyl commercial flooring
2016: Joins Multilayer Modular Flooring Association (MMFA) in Europe
2016: Wins GreenStep Asia Award “Green Product Honorable Mention”
2016: Achieves Greenguard and Greenguard Gold Certification
2016: Founding member of Multilayer Flooring Association (MFA)
2017: Launches new Novalis Innovative Flooring global website
